Service Package Price

Medical Design Concepts offers a very affordable package price inclusive of all services to design and host a high-quality website for your practice.

The standard package price is $1200 and includes:

  • Development of a high-quality website with all content pages
  • Customization of content based on the specialty of the practice
  • Patient Resource section customized to the patient population of the practice
  • Inclusion of the practice's logo on each page of the site 
  • Registering the site with a unique domain name (e.g., www.mainstreetpeds.com )
  • E-mail form for contacting the practice ( optional )
  • Site hosting for six (6) months*
  • Updates and revisions to existing content on the site**
  • Technical assistance

Our package price is well below rates charged by other web agencies to design and host sites. Our exclusive focus on medical practice guarantees a service customized to meet the needs of your practice and patients.

* The package price includes the first six (6) months of hosting the site. After six (6) months, there is a $100 charge for each subsequent six (6) month period for hosting the site and routine updates. 

** Examples include updating the office hours, clinician profiles, insurance plans accepted, etc. There is a nominal charge for new information and pages to be added to the site.

Optional Services

A number of optional services are available at a nominal fee:

  • Photos ($25 per photo) – These can be photos of the clinicians, support staff, the office, or other images. These photos provide a personal touch to the site and enhance the visual appeal.
  • Posting documents ($25 per document) – These can be electronic versions of brochures that can be posted in the Patient Resource section, publications authored by one of the clinicians, or other documents that patients can access and print. This is an excellent opportunity to conveniently distribute these documents to current and prospective patients.
  • New content - We can quickly add new content to a client's site as needed. This may involve an entirely new section of the site based on a new service offered or simply an expansion of information in a section. There is a nominal fee for addition of new content, based on the volume of content involved. There is no charge for basic updates to existing content.

These photos, documents, and new content can be sent to MDC and integrated on the client's website.
